Fireworks, and a crate full of crackling balls. Oh, and -20 degrees. We had to break the explosiveness down into parts as our hands were almost separating themselves from the joints. Thankfully, there was 4 player Wii Super Mario time going in the breaks, and as I sort of ended up inviting myself, I deservedly got to play as the orange toad.
Incidentally, this rare Blue moon that happened to end up on new years of a new decade also came with a partial lunar eclipse. This was not really noticeable in my shots, but this should clear that up.
Star dust, or something to that effect. The best translation I got in this country was "ooh, those things that you spin around to make sparkly circles" so there you go.
Another explosion shot with the blue moon in view. The fact that it actually looks blue here as well is purely coincidental.
But I did manage to grab this gem from our smaller set of ordinary fireworks. Battery vs continuous shooting. I win.
